To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Investment Process

Investors contribute funds to specific Farm Projects listed on the Platform.Investments are used to fund agricultural ventures, such as crop production or livestock farming.Your investment returns (profits or losses) are determined by the market performance of the crops or products from these projects.Returns are distributed periodically based on the agreed terms of each Farm Project.

Risk Disclosure

Investing in agriculture carries inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, market fluctuations, crop failure, and unforeseen events. Agrivest Africa makes no guarantees regarding returns, and you acknowledge and accept these risks when investing.

Payment and Withdrawals

Payments for investments are made via the Platform using supported payment methods.Returns are paid back to investors periodically based on the performance of the farm projects.Investors may request withdrawals according to the withdrawal terms provided on the Platform.

Fee and Charges

Agrivest Africa may charge administrative or service fees, which will be clearly outlined at the time of investment. You agree to pay any applicable fees associated with your use of the Platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Termination
